The questions we are asked most often by first-time visitors. If yours is not here, please give us a call.
It is my first visit. What happens when I arrive?
Come at your booked time. We confirm your course at reception and then show you to your seat. Afterwards you pay at reception and that is it. Allow about ten minutes on top of your course time.
You are on the 10th floor. How do I get up there?
We are in Hanabishi Building on Dogenzaka. Go up the steps at the ground-floor entrance and take the elevator to the 9th floor. The elevator only goes as far as the 9th, so from there please use the stairs up to the 10th floor. The access page has photos of the building and entrance.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. We provide towels, and there is no sheet fee. You can keep your valuables beside you at your seat.
What should I wear?
Come in your normal clothes. The non-oil courses are done over clothing. For the oil courses we lend you something to change into.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call us on 03-6455-2422. Letting us know by the day before is a great help.
How can I pay?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and PayPay. All listed prices include tax.
Do you speak languages other than Japanese?
This site is available in Japanese, English and Chinese. In the shop we can help you in simple English and Chinese. Let us know your preferred language when you book.
Can men come too?
Yes. We welcome both men and women, and most of our guests come on their own.
Who will be looking after me?
All five of our therapists have completed our in-house training. Please tell them at any point if you would like more or less pressure, or want more time on a particular area.
Is it more expensive late at night?
No. The price is the same at any time between 10:00 and 05:00 the next morning.
Should I tip?
No. Tipping is not customary in Japan. There is nothing to pay beyond the listed price.
Can I come without booking?
If a seat is free, yes. But we only have five seats and we are often full. To be sure of a place, please use the booking form or call us.
